We are happy with our experience here, renting microphones and speakers for a reasonable price. They made sure all the cables and chargers are working properly. Staff are so nice and helpful.

I absolutely LOVE visiting the family at Long & McQuade on Terminal. That's what they feel like; family. I've had the privilege of receiving constant support from the guys in the PA & rentals dept. They are always willing to answer my questions, no matter how "beginner" they are. They're kind, respectful, and continue to inspire me to walk further along my music path. I appreciate you guys so much!! Thank you for everything & all that you do!! Let's keep making the music😊😊😊

This store is huge, there are variety of musical instruments. Service and support was amazing, fast and efficient. It's super easy to rent an instrument for a week or a month, according to your needs.

After having some troubles, management did me a solid and went the extra mile to explain how my particular instrument was broken. I have no complaints! Good service that responded promptly to a customer.

Friendly staff at the drums department. E-drums are usually rented out fast. Dave was nice to call me back as soon as they got one drum set available and had it prepared nicely for pick up. Convenient and fast transaction when you are there. Store is huge. Would be the one-stop shop when you need something.

As always total excellence. But as a kid I loved the in house financing. But would love to see a 3rd party financing option. 😉 It's easy to walk down my partners/clients and point directly at the gear. I ain't a huge TBH but damn you guys are handy & reliable for 20+ years.

Excellent service, the staff is very knowledgable and very enthusiastic to work with so many instruments. The renting rates are reasonable and the time period is very well adjusted to suit my needs. Moreover, the staff is super kind and will let you know if they are busy with someone else and will help you as soon as possible. I went in to buy my friend a merlin dulcimer for his birthday and they had it, unfortunately due to some other reasons I wasn't able to buy it, but the staff is really helpful and will definitely recommend this place

Ideal for guitar purchases, but falls short in the repair department. My experience involved a Jazzmaster setup that ended up costing me upwards of $100, yet the job was far from satisfactory. A different establishment managed to accomplish the same task for a mere $45. Despite this, it's worth noting that the staff was quite amiable and accommodating.
